{"id":5838,"date":"2021-01-28T10:44:48","date_gmt":"2021-01-28T09:44:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.luklagroup.com\/uncategorized\/with-digiwins-support-ars-and-the-french-ministry-of-health-are-upgrading-their-digital-platforms-to-respond-to-the-health-emergency-caused-by-covid-19\/"},"modified":"2025-02-06T17:11:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-06T16:11:29","slug":"with-digiwins-support-ars-and-the-french-ministry-of-health-are-upgrading-their-digital-platforms-to-respond-to-the-health-emergency-caused-by-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.luklagroup.com\/en\/cloud-cyber-en\/with-digiwins-support-ars-and-the-french-ministry-of-health-are-upgrading-their-digital-platforms-to-respond-to-the-health-emergency-caused-by-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"With Digiwin&#8217;s support, ARS and the French Ministry of Health are upgrading their digital platforms to respond to the health emergency caused by covid-19."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Since 2007, Digiwin has been helping Regional Health Agencies to manage their activities by designing various digital platforms.<\/strong><\/em><br\/><br\/><em><strong>Within the framework of covid-19, and under the guidance of the French Ministry of Health and the Digital Department, new platforms designed in partnership with Digiwin have been launched.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digiwin has been a partner of ARS and the French Ministry of Health since 2007.<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>ARS and the French Ministry of Health<\/strong> have placed their trust in Digiwin for a number of projects over the years.<\/p>\n\n<p>These projects, which vary in nature, all have one thing in common: to provide ARS with high-performance working tools to help them carry out their missions.<\/p>\n\n<p>Some projects completed since 2007:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Arhgos<\/strong> manages authorizations for healthcare facilities, such as general medicine and radiology activities (scanner, MRI, etc.);<\/li><li><strong>SI-ETP<\/strong> for monitoring therapeutic patient education programs;<\/li><li><strong>Service Sanitaire<\/strong>, a website for the general public, linking healthcare students with organizations that publish internship offers<a href=\"http:\/\/Service-sanitaire.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(Service-sanitaire.fr<\/a>);<\/li><li><strong>PHARMA-SI<\/strong>, to help ARS carry out their regulatory mission in relation to retail, mining and mutual pharmacies<a href=\"https:\/\/declarations-pharmacie.ars.sante.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(Pharma-SI)<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>These projects have enabled Digiwin to provide ARS and the Ministry with the full range of its expertise: graphic design, project management, and the complete production of applications using state-of-the-art technologies (technical stack in Vue.JS, Java Play! &amp; Java Spring, Docker).<\/p>\n\n<p>In 2020, the PHARMA-SI application was enhanced with a portal enabling pharmacies to dematerialize their annual sales declarations.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/digiwin.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Capture-de&#x301;cran-2021-01-21-a&#x300;-17.12.39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2809\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two new bricks dedicated to the fight against covid-19  <\/h2>\n\n<p>In response to the covid-19 crisis, two new functionalities were <strong>developed and put into production as a matter of urgency<\/strong>, in order to respond in an efficient and organized way to the actions taken by the French Ministry of Health to combat this pandemic.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>December 2020: Antigen tests available in pharmacies for publication on the Sant\u00e9.fr website<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>Through this new service, pharmacists can communicate about their antigen test facilities. It includes dates, times and target audiences (seniors \/ priority professions \/ general public, etc.). <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>This data is automatically transferred to the Sant\u00e9.fr website<\/strong> and published on each pharmacy&#8217;s presentation page.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>January 2021: Vaccine orders for EHPADs<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>As part of the organization put in place by the government to roll out the first vaccination campaign, the platform implemented by the Ministry of Health and Digiwin <strong>facilitates the link between EHPADs and pharmacies<\/strong> for reporting vaccine requirements.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this way, each pharmacy orders the number of doses needed to advance the vaccination campaign.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since 2007, Digiwin has been helping Regional Health Agencies to manage their activities by designing various digital platforms.
