Based on developments made for single-family homes, <strong>CLEA adapts its screens<\/strong> to meet the needs of : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Real estate developer<\/li><li>Social landlord<\/li><li>Property management<\/li><li>Union Council member<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new digital housing space replaces the GISELE logbook introduced in 2010. These include plans, diagnostics and condominium bylaws. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2- <strong>An equipment guide to help you get to grips with and maintain your home<\/strong><br\/><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CL\u00c9A offers a <strong>&#8220;ready-to-use&#8221; equipment guide<\/strong> that can be easily customized with information written by QUALITEL experts. The tool makes it easier for occupants to get to grips with and maintain their homes. The tool also covers communal areas and equipment, and reminds users of essential maintenance operations such as annual boiler servicing.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3- <strong>A tool for monitoring consumption<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the CL\u00c9A digital space, home consumption is detailed and broken down into 5 items: domestic hot water, heating, electrical outlets, cooling and others.<br\/>On the individual side, an <strong>intuitive screen<\/strong> enables users to customize their usage. The aim is to provide a precise breakdown of consumption items.<br\/>From 2021, a <strong>direct link between CL\u00c9A and LINKY and\/or GAZPAR will be set up to provide automatic consumption readings<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4- <strong>A response to different regulations<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumption monitoring tool available in CL\u00c9A <strong>complies with article 23 of the RT 2012 thermal regulations<\/strong>.
