Offering online content that can be mixed with face-to-face training, JLearn can be adapted to a variety of uses, applicable to : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Upgrading employee skills<\/li><li>Cold and\/or hot skills assessment<\/li><li>Sharing knowledge among peers<\/li><li>Facilitating employee change management<\/li><li>On-boarding new arrivals<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In JPlatform, the module can be offered in a <strong>general catalog<\/strong> accessible to all, or in a <strong>collaborative space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/digiwin.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1_-_catalogue.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3375\"\/><figcaption><em>Catalog App view<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nature of learning resources<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Classifiable by theme and level, JLearn offers a variety of complementary content types for knowledge acquisition:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><br\/>This is &#8220;fixed&#8221; knowledge that is materialized by the addition of an office file, media that is potentially already online (e.g. YouTube), a web page or internal content already stored on the JPlatform.<br\/>In a more advanced way, the nature of Knowledge can be an already existing Mooc, integrated content \/ SCORM \/ or HTLM 5.<br\/><\/li><li><strong>Training<\/strong><br\/>In this &#8220;training&#8221; content focused on a target topic, it will be possible to create one or more sessions. These can be either face-to-face or in a virtual classroom. For the latter, the connectors are based on Teams, Zoom, Jitsi, Globowl or Big Blue Buttom.<br\/>The learner will be able to add a session to his or her agenda.  <br\/><\/li><li><strong>Courses<\/strong><br\/>A course is a pedagogically organized mix of knowledge and\/or training.  <br\/><\/li><li><strong>Quiz \/ Survey<\/strong><br\/>Each Knowledge, Training and Path can be enhanced by an evaluation of the following type: <br\/>&#8211; <em>Quiz<\/em> to validate successful acquisition of a resource.<br\/>&#8211; <em>Survey<\/em> to assess learner satisfaction with the resource.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/digiwin.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3_-_parcours_v_3.2-1323x1600.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3376\"\/><figcaption><em>Displaying a route<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Offered on a tile-by-tile basis, learners are free to create their own resources, or to register for them. The module also allows resources to be assigned by an administrator (manager, training manager, etc.). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key roles of an e-learning platform<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To facilitate the configuration of roles specific to the <strong>Learning Management System<\/strong> (LMS) sector, Jalios predefines certain roles. On this basis, we recommend that you have at least the following roles in your organization: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Learning center administrator<\/strong><br\/>Holds all rights, including category management, parameterization and contribution.<br\/><\/li><li><strong>Resource contributor<\/strong> <strong>\/ knowledge expert<\/strong><br\/>Adds educational content to existing categories<br\/><\/li><li><strong>Trainer<\/strong><br\/>Creates sessions for which he is identified as trainer, leads face-to-face or remote training sessions, and certifies learners&#8217; attendance.<br\/><\/li><li><strong>Manager<\/strong><br\/>Manages the registration process, registering members or groups for training or knowledge acquisition sessions.<br\/><\/li><li><strong>Manager<\/strong><br\/>Holds part of the manager&#8217;s rights to register team members for a session.<br\/><\/li><li><strong>Learner<\/strong><br\/>The learner acquires the knowledge proposed.
