Right from the recruitment process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

When you’re a candidate applying for a job, one of your biggest fears is that you won’t get an answer quickly, or at all. When I applied for a job with Digiwin, the opposite happened. I applied one evening at 10.20pm and received a call the next morning at 9.45am. <\/p>\n\n

The two interviews that followed went very well indeed! So much so, in fact, that I was overjoyed when I received THE phone call announcing my selection for the UX\/UI designer position. Especially as it was announced on a Friday evening! <\/p>\n\n

Welcomed even before starting work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It’s the first time this has happened to me in my professional life: to be invited to an event without yet being part of the company. I appreciated the approach taken by the branch manager, who invited me to a tech aperitif two weeks before my official integration. This enabled me to get to know my professional environment and get to know my future colleagues. <\/p>\n\n

My first reassuring day<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A first day at work in a new company and with new colleagues means a lot of changes and information to take in all at once. That’s why the lunch break was a lifesaver for me, as I was able to enjoy a moment of informal exchange with my new manager. For me, this was extremely welcome and very sympathetic. <\/p>\n\n

By the end of my first day on the job, my apprehensions had vanished and I was reassured that my idea of the job, the working environment and the team matched my expectations in every respect.<\/p>\n\n

Corporate culture and values<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

One of the most striking things I noticed in the first few days was the level of mutual support within Digiwin. When a colleague has a question about a problem they’re having, they ask for help, and automatically a spirit of emulation is created around the problem so that it can be solved. It’s great to be able to count on your colleagues if you run into a problem. <\/p>\n\n

Review of my first three months with Digiwin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If there were just one word I’d use to sum up the past 2 months, it would be “confidence”. To sum up, the result expected of us is far more important than the means to achieve it. <\/p>\n\n
