With more than 5,000 students, 300 employees and 600 teachers, Excelia wanted to set up a Digital Workplace to create a common digital culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main challenge: to bring together all communities (students, teachers, administrative staff) around new practices and habits to promote collaboration and pedagogical innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform is also aimed at future candidates, who can apply directly to the school by choosing their training, pace and place of study. All the administrative procedures related to registration are thus centralized on the Digital Workplace, simplifying and simplifying the entry path to Excelia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

THE L\u00d9KLA APPROACH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To support Excelia, we have implemented a collaborative approach focused on user experience in order to involve employees from the first stages of the deployment of the Digital Workplace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Strong technical integration work has also been carried out to ensure consistency between the Digital Workplace and the existing information system. The platform is notably connected to the Aurion software, a central academic management tool (planning, grades, absences), guaranteeing continuity of services and a fluid experience for students and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
