Against a backdrop of ongoing modernization of its infrastructure, a major international banking player called on Lùkla to structure and manage a Systems – SysOps skills center.
The aim was to support in-house teams in the day-to-day management of Linux environments, ensure micro-segmentation with the Illumio solution and streamline system operations within a secure framework, while supporting in-house development projects.

Our production stages
To ensure smooth and secure integration of system environments, our teams have structured their work in four main phases:
Setting up micro-segmentation
Deployment of the Illumio solution to segment network flows, limit the attack surface and secure inter-application interactions.
Managing RedHat Linux environments
Operational maintenance of RHOL 6 to 9 systems, with constant monitoring of performance and safety.
Installing LAMP stacks
Configuration of the LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHPMyAdmin) to support the customer’s application needs.
IBM Cloud operations management
Creation of virtual machines and management of flow openings in coordination with internal Cloud teams.
