CSR at the heart of our strategy

Every day, we work towards an ever more complete CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach, so that our activities have a positive link with the environment and with people.

    Environmental protection

    We work for responsible and accessible digital technology. We are a signatory of the Planet Tech’Care manifesto. We take action to address the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We partner with Treedom (500 trees already planted in 7 countries) to support local communities around the world with our Lùkla forest. We encourage our employees to adopt green mobility.

    Fighting discrimination

    Our commitment starts with recruitment, where only personal and professional qualities are considered, and continues throughout a working relationship based on ethics and respect. We have been a signatory of the Diversity Charter since 2015. We also support future candidates during their studies through awareness-raising, training and mentoring… The company is committed to inclusion and encourages applications from people with a recognised disability (RQTH).     We are convinced that access to digital technology is a fundamental right and a powerful lever for social inclusion and economic development. We run initiatives to make technology accessible to everyone and to bridge the digital divide.
