Context

Against a backdrop of strong international e-commerce activity, a major luxury brand was looking for a tailor-made solution to accelerate the online release of digital content.
The aim was to develop a modern, intuitive and high-performance Content Management System (CMS), enabling webmasters to quickly create pages without in-depth technical knowledge.
The lùkla approach
To meet this strategic need, Lùkla has designed an “in-house” CMS, conceived to combine ease of use, technical performance and international scalability.
Development from scratch of a no code / low code CMS adapted to e-commerce uses.
Fluid user experience: create pages by simply dragging and dropping components (text, images, sliders, parallax…).
Continuous optimization: integration of performance, SEO and accessibility best practices.
Agile collaboration with the customer’s business and technical teams to integrate new functionalities on an ongoing basis.
Our production stages
In order to guarantee a robust product aligned with the requirements of the luxury sector, Lùkla structured the project around 4 key stages:
CMS design and scoping
Analysis of business requirements, definition of essential components and technical specifications for the future tool.
Technical development from scratch
Creation of the tool using modern technologies (React, Node, Nest, Docker, CircleCI, Azure) and implementation of Git Flow for collaborative development.
Testing, integration and optimization
Technical acceptance, integration of SEO and accessibility recommendations, performance optimization to meet high-traffic constraints.
Progressive deployment and support
Implementation of the CMS on several international environments and support for webmasters in learning how to use the tool.
