Context

Eden Park is a French ready-to-wear brand founded in 1987 by two former rugby players, Franck Mesnel and Éric Blanc. Inspired by the quirky elegance of pink bow ties worn on the pitch, the brand combines the world of rugby with a refined, timeless style.
Eden Park entrusted Lukla with setting up an intranet so that all its employees throughout France could have the same level of information (group news, HR information, documentation, etc.) and thus create a stronger sense of employer brand.
Eden Park wanted to be able to go online quickly and easily, with a modular structure.
The lùkla approach
To meet these challenges, Lùkla has set up an agile, responsive organization covering all the customer’s needs.
Framing with the pilot group: defining priority needs and key intranet objectives.
Development in short sprints: rapidly deliver testable and adaptable modules.
Ongoing testing and fine-tuning: gather feedback from users to optimize the tool at each iteration.
Gradual roll-out: ensure smooth adoption, with training and follow-up to guarantee the platform’s evolution.
Tool advantages
Using the intranet solution Jamespotintranet solution, which is intuitive and totally modular, and whose aim is to streamline information sharing and simplify downstream communication.

Customizable tools: adapt the intranet to your teams’ specific needs for a tailor-made experience.
Quick to learn: an intuitive interface that facilitates adoption from the very first use.
Greater autonomy: employees can create, share and manage content without depending on the IT department.
Employee engagement: notifications, news feeds and interactions stimulate participation and buy-in.
Profiled and secure: personalized access and data protection to guarantee confidentiality and compliance.
I particularly appreciated working with Lùkla: their understanding of our needs, their responsiveness, and the strength of their proposals all contributed to the success of the project. Many thanks to them!
