Context

The customer: Régie des Transports Métropolitains (RTM), an Établissement Public à Caractère Industriel et Commercial (EPIC), operates the urban transport networks and complementary mobility services contractually entrusted to it by the Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence (AMP).
The problem: RTM’s intranet, designed in 2018, is no longer adapted to current uses: little consulted, especially by non-connected staff, it lacks ergonomics and centralization. Business tools are scattered and not integrated, which complicates employees’ day-to-day work. As a result, the intranet no longer meets needs, has not been adopted and is slowing down the dissemination of internal information.
The objective: The aim of the intranet overhaul is to provide all employees with a single, modern, unifying tool that will become the reference source of information on the life of the Group. The project aims to design a platform that is at once communicative, social, collaborative, documentary and Digital Workplace-oriented.
The lùkla approach
Anchored in the company’s corporate project, the project was carried out in co-construction with Communications, the IT Department, HR and the business lines in the field.
This participative approach enabled us to design a common core aligned with actual usage, favoring simplicity, mobility and inclusion for all agents.
Profiled and secure:
Personalized access and data protection to guarantee confidentiality and compliance.
Governance and co-construction:
Clear governance has been put in place (COPIL, COPROJ, workshops with business referents). Co-construction workshops helped define the main principles of the future intranet.
Training:
Training by profile (contributors, administrators, end-users), coordinating the network of correspondents.
Alignment with actual usage:
The needs of connected and non-connected staff have been prioritized: mobile access, TV broadcasting in depots, push notifications and content profiled by job and area of interest.
Enhanced ergonomics and accessibility:
responsive interface, RGAA-compliant design, content accessible in less than 3 clicks, and navigation adapted to all media (computer, tablet, mobile, TV).
