Context

With more than 5,000 students, 300 employees and 600 teachers, Excelia wanted to set up a Digital Workplace to create a common digital culture.
The main challenge: to bring together all communities (students, teachers, administrative staff) around new practices and habits to promote collaboration and pedagogical innovation.
The platform is also aimed at future candidates, who can apply directly to the school by choosing their training, pace and place of study. All the administrative procedures related to registration are thus centralized on the Digital Workplace, simplifying and simplifying the entry path to Excelia.
THE LÙKLA APPROACH
To support Excelia, we have implemented a collaborative approach focused on user experience in order to involve employees from the first stages of the deployment of the Digital Workplace.
Clear governance :
Implementation of structured project management to align all stakeholders.
A community of ambassadors :
Mobilization of internal actors to relay the project and anchor uses on the ground.
A user-centered approach :
Adaptation of courses according to profiles (students, teachers, administrative staff).
Proven methods :
Combination of change management methodologies (ADKAR, design thinking) and monitoring indicators to concretely measure adoption.
Strong technical integration work has also been carried out to ensure consistency between the Digital Workplace and the existing information system. The platform is notably connected to the Aurion software, a central academic management tool (planning, grades, absences), guaranteeing continuity of services and a fluid experience for students and employees.
What Made the Difference on This Project

An inclusive project: all Excelia communities (students, teachers, collaborators) were involved from the start.
An educational approach: co-construction has facilitated the adoption of new practices and strengthened the common digital culture.
Rigorous management: clear indicators and continuous monitoring have made it possible to effectively manage the transformation.
A strong closeness to the field: the role of internal ambassadors has accelerated membership and promoted the dissemination of good practices.
