CONTEXT
The ITACET Foundation works internationally for the dissemination of knowledge in the field of underground infrastructure. Faced with an aging site under Drupal 7 at the end of its life, the Foundation wanted to modernize its interface while securing its platform.
Rather than simply replicating the existing, we opted for a complete redesign on WordPress, more agile, less expensive to maintain and more intuitive for internal contributors.

Analysis of the existing Drupal site and proposal of 2 implementation solutions: complete redesign while maintaining the current Drupal base or migration and redesign to a WordPress base.
Development and integration
Deployment under WordPress 6.4 with Divi, SEO plugins, forms, and integrated content.
UX/UI design
Adapted paths to support managers in the appropriation of new practices and tools.
Training and online

Framing and definition of objectives
Launch workshop associated with an analysis of the existing site to clarify the needs of ITACET and lay the functional and strategic foundations of the project.
UX/UI design, development and integration
Creation of a new tree structure, development of models in line with the graphic charter, then development of the site under WordPress.
Custom SEO optimization
Site structuring designed for SEO: optimized tags, reduced loading time, internal mesh and integration of the Yoast SEO plugin.
Recipe, training and online
Validation of the test version, training of ITACET contributors, online publication of the site and support on the latest adjustments during the warranty period.
