Context

The client : The Régie des Transports Métropolitains (RTM), Public Establishment of Industrial and Commercial Character (EPIC) operates urban transport networks as well as complementary mobility services that are contractually entrusted to it by the Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence (AMP).
The problem : The RTM intranet, designed in 2018, is no longer adapted to current uses: little consulted, especially by unconnected personnel, it lacks ergonomics and centralization. Business tools are dispersed and not integrated, which complicates the daily lives of employees. Result: the intranet no longer meets needs, is not adopted and slows down the dissemination of internal information.
The objective : The objective of the redesign of the intranet is to provide all employees with a unique, modern and unifying tool, which becomes the reference source of information on the life of the group. The project aims to design a platform that is both communicative, social, collaborative, documentary and Digital Workplace oriented.
THE LÙKLA APPROACH
Anchored in the business project, the project was carried out in co-construction with Communication, CIO, HR and field trades.
This participatory approach has made it possible to design a common core aligned with real uses, promoting simplicity, mobility and inclusion of all agents.
Profiled and secure :
Personalized access and data protection to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
Governance and co-construction :
Clear governance has been put in place (COPIL, COPROJ, workshops with business referents). The co-construction workshops made it possible to define the main principles of the future intranet.
Training :
Training by profile (contributors, administrators, end users), animation of the network of correspondents.
Alignment with actual uses :
The needs of connected and unconnected personnel have been prioritized: mobile access, TV broadcasting in depots, push notifications and profiled content by profession and interests.
Enhanced ergonomics and accessibility :
Responsive interface, RGAA-compliant design, content accessible in less than 3 clicks, and navigation adapted to all media (computer, tablet, mobile, TV).
What Made the Difference on This Project

A “Deskless” intranet for field staff
Benefit from a dedicated mobile application to access the intranet on the go and be alerted in case of need by notifications.
A unified and customizable portal:
Modular home page, configurable widgets, access to business applications, cross-functional search engine and dynamic alert banner.
Smooth integration with the RTM SI :
Native connections with Outlook, Teams, Horoquartz and Jobbook, workflow and form management via JProcess.
Communication visible everywhere :
Dissemination of news and alerts on connected TVs installed in depots and workshops.
A use-oriented approach and impact measurement :
Implementation of Jalios audience indicators to follow the consultation of news and the engagement of agents.
