With more than 36,000 employees in 1,700 establishments, VYV³ had a major challenge: to federate its teams around tools and a common culture, while simplifying communication between the national and the local. To strengthen its attractiveness and support its managerial evolution, the company has chosen to deploy a Digital Workplace.

This project aims to place employees at the heart of the transformation, to facilitate access to business applications and to offer a unified portal, designed as a real lever of cohesion and autonomy.

To support Vyv³, we have implemented a collaborative and experience-centered approach to involve Employees from the first stages of the deployment of the Digital Workplace.

Diagnosis & audit of uses :
Mapping of needs, evaluation of internal culture, study of the IS environment, compilation of user and business expectations and constraints.

Training:
Training by profile (contributors, administrators, end users), animation of the network of correspondents.

Collaborative workshops & co-construction:
Co-design of interfaces with business users (design and Ux/Ui framing). Ideation, prototype, test and deployment of interactive models.

Gradual deployment :
Pilot with 3 priority regions, then gradual deployment to other regions.

Coordination of IT and business teams to ensure a smooth integration of new tools and practices. 

Group of user ambassadors: to promote gradual membership and local support.
