Context

As a leading European maritime monitoring organization, SHOM embarked on a transformation of its digital work environment by implementing a new Digital Workplace. However, this technological transformation could not succeed without a parallel evolution in management practices. It was essential to foster a more horizontal, participative, and collaborative culture to ensure strong employee engagement and adoption.
